Successful CLARA STR Day at the Capital: Uniting for Our Community!

CLARA members and supporters recently made a significant impact during our STR Day at the Colorado State Capital. The strength of the CLARA community was on full display as the event saw a large turnout of short-term rental hosts, owners, property managers, operators, businesses, and realtors who gathered to voice their concerns about Senate Bill 33.

Attendees had the opportunity to engage in constructive and receptive meetings with legislators to discuss their concerns about SB33. These interactions allowed for a meaningful exchange of ideas and information, fostering a better understanding of the complexities surrounding the short-term rental industry. The dialogue between the STR community and legislators demonstrated the importance of open communication in shaping fair and effective policies.

The day was marked by unity, collective strength, and a determination to protect the interests of the STR community!
